SHANGHAI EXPO 2010: INTENSIVE LOOKS.

alternative to the pristine and untainted image of the perfect renderings and photos I had seen of the Shanghai World Expo, I was captivated by the diverse repertoire of textures , colors and shapes of flags offered to take a closer look, pausing before the frenzy of the teeming multitudes who invaded the fairgrounds.


Denmark Pavilion

Looks intensive in terms of Architect Helio Piñon and I met through my friend Aldo Facho , is a vision that "seeks to guide the depth of look into to understand the relationship of the components that generate architectural form ".

Finnish Pavilion

SHANGHAI EXPO 2010: LOOKS INTENSIVE / INTENSIVE Gazes / 強烈 な 視線 is also my first photo exhibition to be presented (almost) simultaneously in Peru and Japan.


This selection tries to see the Shanghai Expo 2010 in a different way, through a closer look and intimate. Here, the familiar images of flags become less obvious details, textures and colors. A play of light and shadows, inviting to look la Expo más intensivamente.
